We're on a mission to build the same ecosystem for founders of early-stage tech services companies that exists for tech product companies.

Product companies have accelerators, incubators, books, investors, and more.

This same ecosystem does not exist for tech services companies below ten million in revenue.

The ecosystem we want to build enables tech services founders to grow their businesses and create enterprise value.

In 2013, we founded a Cloud & DevOps services company called Flux7 that specialized in a technology platform just starting to take off at the time: AWS.

We did not know how to do business, sales, or the inner workings of typical IT organizations.

But we brought an eagerness to learn, tenacity, and ambition to our work - and ended up being able to redefine our space. Repeatedly winning awards bestowed by entities such as Tech Target and AWS CLT, we were regularly sought out by Fortune100 companies.

Then, in 2019, Flux7 was acquired by NTT Data.

Over the next two years, as the world coped with a pandemic, we did our own soul-searching. We looked back at our Flux7 days and asked ourselves what we had done right and what we had done wrong. What did we realize too late at the cost of time and money? How could we have capitalized on more on our opportunities?

Vixul was born out of this soul-searching.

With Vixul, we're building the platform and the resources we wish we had in retrospect or that we wish we had gained sooner to save other founders from the same pitfalls.

Launched on Pi Day 2022, we have been steadily adding companies to our portfolio. Step by step, we've been building the ecosystem needed to help tech services companies thrive.

In 2023 we launched our conference, VixulCon, to build the community for emerging tech services. In 2024, we launched an AI assistant to our portfolio companies and are focusing on a digital-first experience.

We continue to work on building the ecosystem and making knowledge available to tech services entrepreneurs.
